I'm not sure...the point is, you can sell the Plex or whatever for Isk, so I think it's bannable.
But Janez88 is a very trusted seller, I bought already 7 or 8 billion Isk ;>

The money disappeard of my psc I gave him 50 Euros 3 days ago and didnt get any plexes. He is offline ever since. Do not I reapeat do not give him any codes. Maybe it is a misunderstanding but until further notice I wouldnt trust this trader (might be a scamer)
