Help as soon as i log it crashes

Hi, sorry to have post my problems here but i thought u guys could help a bit because the technical support for eudemons on the forums is absurd (well for me). Now my problem is that the game freezes 5-10-30secs later as soon as i enter/log into the game then after it freezes it either crashes or stays frozen until i close it. Also i hear these sort of sqeaky noise happening every few seconds.

buy a new harddrive. how old is your computer?

i just got a new SATA harddrive 250 GB for like $130 not long ago..they're getting cheaper everyday

My computer is 2 years old. It can play CnC3/2moons pretty smoothly
Hard drive is 116gb
1gb of ram
256mb Nvidia Geforce 6200 gfx card
MS Professional SP2 3.03Ghz P4

live support as in direct email to the support team or a thread in the support section?

live support is on the main website easier to do then email

i had known sum1 with the same problem and it was only their account didnt matter if it was my computer or theirs but i do understand wat ur saying

today i had same problem..hearing in the speaker noises then soul.exe says has a problem then everything freezez. when i go to soul.exe at propreties insted of the name soul.exe and where he is c:/eudemons.... i see some signs. i redownloaded the client new 1070 and the old 1064 and same problem. what can i do?
