How do I use DamageTransfer ?

Simply stated, How do I cast it, use it, any examples would be nice... Thanks Guys.

on the contrary damage transfer does work. Pay attention. You can level damage halved by casting it on yourself, once thats level 3 you gain some sort of bonus %- damage from others.

Damage Transfer is a fixed skill you start with it. Just cant use it till your level 79. THIS SKILL IS PASSIVE, ALWAYS WORKS. But it wont work if a mage has even one pet converged. You need to have all your pets out and unconverged then Damage Transfer will work its magic. It wont save u from people over 50 pot higher than u, but if u used to get owned by cc from lower levels, not anymore...
