Not the same original owner. Current owner has multiple different EOPSs. My current experience with this owner:

1. Opens a server.
2. Get donations.
3. A random new PM joins.
4. PM no longer with server.
5. New PM can't help with dono from old PM.
6. After one month or less, close down server.

You may be mistaken for this person, this server is just me the owner from 2016 until now.

Its still the same owner....Im playing start from 2016...then the owner upgrade to DB Archer and Goddess at 2020...and now 2023 server back to Classic... everytime server Upgrade or Downgrade we always Got Compensation from previous server... doesn't matter you are donator or not... perhaps you play the wrong version of Riser Online

i think you got the wrong server buddy , im currently own an account in raiser online , i has been playing for 4month now and their PM still the same one i know from 5 years ago . Also all their staff PM/GM help me perfectly fine , i think you play dark city eo/dragon etc . Maybe you mistaken their server cause of the same database enviroment, you better check carefully before make an unresponsible accuse posting like this .
