sounds like ur missing an item id .... or one is broken the one from the mall is the box the box you click to make an egg and the egg you can put in your hatcher .... so check your egg

ok, just follow my step..
1. first, you need to upgrade you Hatchery to Hatchery II. coz the bug are on Hatchery II.
2. fill up your hatchery with eggs (i recomend to fill it with Social Dragon).

When it says they are done if you click them it asks you if you want to remove them from the hatcher.
