this is maybe a late reply, but it is better than no reply
now, it seams, you have put in wrong password or wrong ID
try this
Code:
connection name= Name what you like
host name/ IP address = 127.0.0.1
port = 3306
User name = root (or test) (try the 2 of them)
password = test
now, be sure you have your database running, check your wamp server
