Option A - get to level 100 and teach noobs
Option B
1. Make yourself 4 mage noob accounts (mannequins will work just fine), make them apprentices if you wish or not, doesn't matter for mentor exp anyway. They don't have to be mages - it's just makes things easier cause mages have sneak skill, thus they can get through monsters easily.
2. Get them to Icy Adventure F3
3. Stack them in a safe locations with monsters closeby, top right corner of plato is just fine
4. Make a team
5. Now, wait for EXP and activate it on all noobs, then activate your EXP and go and kill monsters, remember to stay close to noobs - if they are not shown on minimap, they won't receive experience share. The closer you are, the more exp they'll get.
That's basically it, just remember:
1. You won't receive mentor points if noobs are less than 20 levels below you
2. You will not receive many mentor points (just a decimal parts of them, shown as ... has received 0 mentor exp - don't worry, there is decimal part, but only integers are shown) while noobs are below level 50 - it will require several EXP runs till you'll get a single point. However, after noobs are above level 50, you'll receive 1 point per level they gain - e.g., noob level from 75 to 76 and you get like 25 points.
