What u did is client sided.
U can't alter EP because it's server sided.
If any newb (not n00b) found the adress and played with it we would have infinite potency. There will ALWAYS be someone with "hey buddy I found this cool **** but don't tell anyone" and that 'buddy' does the same, never ending cycle.

I remember a guy in CO trying to trade me 208k ep. So i know there will be a way to show some one else in the trade window a large amount of ep but when the trade has happened the other person will be given the amount you actually or none at all.
