most good quality cheats support 25h2 so you shouldnt need to downgrade since most cheats work fine for it, just find an actual good product because whatever you bought definitely isnt.

My friend, disabling defender is a very basis step to do as most cheats will get flagged by defender. If you don't feel safe doing it i would suggest you go for a good and reputable provider.
I don't think there us any cheat that runs on defender enabled.

before buying make sure their software is compatible with your windows versoin. for disabling antivirus it smostly required for every cheat setup rn
