I'm jealous of a product I had access to and the freedom to sell but chose not to? Makes sense, I simply would lead my customers to a better, higher quality product and was always verbal about the issues your products and shop had as a whole. You never gave me compensation for keys that I asked for when I first brought up the removal of lite/full. Asked on July 2nd the first time and gave up on 8/13 even trying to get them after opening a third support ticket and the support finally exchanged the keys instead of just telling me to wait for you. Also yea you don't hear about the unhappy users because your admin was actively deleting messages in the reseller chat when I brought it to the attention of another reseller that a product they were just informed is "OnUpdate" by an admin is actually discontinued and would advise them from purchasing it on the sellix since it was still available for sale on 8/28 when it was already confirmed discontinued on 7/2.
Also you delete keys that I paid for that where unused, because "nobody trash my product." No matter the fact if I was planning on removing your product from my store, those keys are still paid for. If you will simply delete someone's keys for someone calling your product a piece of crap, and stating how they dislike your communication skills, I would consider that scamming the person, as no where in you TOS does it state I can't leave an opinionated review of your product. When in reality the "piece of crap" was more towards Stern as a whole, due to the actions mentioned.
I was just simply being honest and clear about my opinion on yalls lack of communication, ability to tell the truth, and dishonesty.
Here are some screenshots corresponding to the time frames I mentioned, him giving his reason as to why he deleted my paid for unused keys.
Oh and your low detection rate isn't all that low. It was still frozen on 9/02 for a detection.
7/02/2024 - Discord message of me asking why they removed lite/full with no announcement and then proceeding to try and get my eft lite and full keys replaced with eft chams.
This shows the date at which full/lite was already abandoned by stern.
8/28/24 - Screenshot of resellers chat in stern discord of the main admi "Xerpal" informing a customer full is only "onUpdate" instead of informing them the product is abandoned. meanwhile the product is still up on sellix.
9/2/2024 - After seeing the message of them telling the other reseller that the product is just "onupdate" and not informing them that it's discontinued I tried to bring up to them again how the lack of communication and honestly will destroy their product and what reputation they do have left. They proceeded to delete my messages and the others who finally spoke up in the reseller chat about being annoyed and frustrated and we where told to "stop arguing"
If they're openly deleting messages from resellers who are voicing their frustration and concerns, I imagine the deleting of messages doesn't stop in the reseller chat only.
I'll give you this much, I did finally get the keys reimbursed, just only took 20/21 days of constant asking to get them exchanged. Just for them to be deleted by a dev who can't stand criticism, honesty, and frustration being made verbal about their product. I tried coming forward and talking to you and your admin about my issues and frustrations and they never even got remotely better.
