EFT ban - 3rd time

Got banned a couple months back for the 3rd time. First time was on a different PC. The most recent times were on the same PC. No changes made to my hardware. 3rd ban happened at the beginning of this wipe about a month into raging.

I'm looking to go back legit now. I've heard of HWID bans rarely being a thing but just in case I bought a RUS based acct and played a bit using a VPN. couple raids and several hours still no ban.

Safe to assume I'm good?

I didn't bother with RAID0'ing my drives or reinstalling windows as I'm aware if it's HWID banned, they would've got me right off the bat or within a few raids. I only used REVO uninstaller to get rid of the old launcher files and reinstalled after a couple of months.

Battleye hwid bans happen after 20 - 45 minutes. On tarkov specifically, hwids are send in the loading screens between the mian menu and when you connect to the server for a raid

So with what you stated, you should be fine

BE HWID ban and launcer HWID bans are different AFAIK. BE HWID bans usually only happen after multiple detections. Launcher bans only happen after multiple manual bans.
