VPN for Accounts?

What VPN do you guys use in order to activate accounts from RU/CIS regions? Curious on what others use and if they are free. I know this is stupid but do you guys have an official/unofficial guide on "joining the community" whether its RMT or not. Thank you guys!

ProtonVpn/ and windscribe work great for the CIS accs. You need to utilize the split tunneling feature though.

I second using windscribe, it's my personal go to and runs great and isn't too costly.

i got cheap accs for Winscribe and all other vpns that support split tunneling
