Tarkov cheating help

Hello, so this is going to be my "first" run on trying to play tarkov save and not get banned. I'm going to get into my ban history first.

I'm using Kernaim FYI.

1 Ban: Either me picking up too much loot or the Kernaim detection, bought a new account and played fine on it so no HWID Ban.

2 Ban: Made about 1000 Kills in 130 hours and found 3 Yellows in 5 hours so probably RMT ban too since I managed to play a few hours on my new account too.

3. Ban: About 40 hours of playtime and 400 Kills without a ban, found a Violet Keycard and got banned right after which has me wondering, was it an RMT Ban? (Looking for possible answers)

So now, I am on my 4th account and I am asking for tips. I've used an Standart alt and played 2 SCAV Raids and 1 PMC - about 1 hour playtime - am I safe to use the account I cheat on now? Or can I do more tests. (Too broke for an spoofer unless someone got one for 10€ Lmao)

My questions are:

How do I avoid killing people? No matter how much I try I end up getting 100 Kills per day because of ******* SCAVS.

Second question: Am I good to go on rushing quests and leveling up/maxxing my hideout with Quest ESP etc.?

IMPORTANT NOTE: The account I am cheating on now has 500-600 hours.

scav kills dont matter, picking up stuff doesnt matter, doing quests doesnt matter, upgrading the hideout doesnt matter, level doesnt mattter

avoid reports and youre gonna be fine

Alright, but what I'm still asking myself if those bans were HWID Bans? Because I managed to play perfectly fine for 3-4 days before getting banned.

No. BSG HWID bans (launcher bans) are immediate upon trying to login.
BE HWID bans will let you go through 1 (sometimes 2 if you're lucky) raids before you get kicked out of the game and banned.
