Does BSG ban payment options?

Yo got bannend for Cheating a while ago.
Now i wanted to play again and use my same paypal to buy the game.

Do they detect that i got bannend before and instant ban me or do they just not care?

they block payment option for people who buy 12 accounts or so on the same card and what not...

Only payment method bans that I’ve seen is from Xsolla and comes if you do a chargeback
