Banned in EFT

So basically I got banned from EFT and this is my first ban in tarkov. As far as I know I got launcher banned. If I try to login it gives me error 229. Here comes to my questions...
Does Tarkov ban IPs? How much chance is there that this is a HWID ban if this is my first ban? What parts of the HWID do they detect mainly? I got VERSE spoofer yet im not quite sure if it will work here.
Also I have heard that they sent mail if you get banned but nothing came in.

. No easy way to tell if you are HWID ban, load up onto a new account without
cheats or a spoofer & play for awhile. You could just raid0 tho

i never suggest just loading in without cheeze..

Why?

1. lets face it, you're prolly gonna cheeze anyway... so ull be using a spoofer with it or a spoofer thats built into it.

2. its a waste of money if you ARE hwid banned and a waste of clearing traces, downloading, logging in, booting up... just to see that 229

3. if you are playing EFT legit you are literally wasting your time... 5 months from now all your progress goes down the drain... and yes you can argue its like that for both cheaters and non cheaters alike, but atleast with cheating you can make many legit players realize they too are wasting time playing this game legit, so they either;
3a. get into cheats to help get more and more legit players to cheat.
3b. get them to rage quit as well.

and the cycle repeats..

There also is a way to change hwid manualy but its a bit of work and you have to rebuy windows key but at end if you use cheeze use spoofer cheap and fast
