Ban questions

Got banned for the first time last night in base tarkov, I was wondering what steps I need to take to return to the game.

I have a separate account that has arena, but am now scared to log in to it.
I have revo uninstalled the battlestate games launcher, base tarkov and arena.

Ive read that since its first ban it might not be hwid, was wondering if anyone could give any insight into my situation.
