I am new to DMA, only have basic info.
But so far i heard from others that it depends on what kind of motherboard you have, beside that I saw captain dma's gen6 gives speeds up too 600MB/s and read speeds above 10.000..
I cant comment much on this, probably the one OP mentioned is custom made somehow.
