Just me on the map

Well, as the title says, im looking for a chair that show where the f I am on the map.
I know some says that I would learn the map as playing but i only play like 3-4hrs per week.
Im trying to play slightly easier but scared of any potential ban, as i think this would be the least info being sent to the server or even none. And also leaving myself more room to actually sweat. Anyone that can help me please?

Hello you could go with a radar but they are a bit pricey are just go with something with like landmarks and extraction esp to help navigate around the map easier.
