PS: It's opposite. Any overclock you do to your CPU / Ram [Manually] will yield you more performance than when you don't have any overclock. It's basically impossible for hardware to perform worse after overclock, if you properly overclock it to begin with. And there is tons of information online how to tune your ram/cpu[overclock] properly.
Your option is to use different provider. Because cheats usually have impact between 15-30 fps.
