Basically, I bought my account that was originally to an IRL friend, problem was he bought the gift on instant gaming and such shit.
When I asked the EFT support to change my email address, this is what they told me:
Hello dear ***!
In order to troubleshoot this issue, we need to verify that you are the owner of the account. To do this, you need to provide the following information:
- If you made purchases using this account, please attach screenshots of purchase receipts from your payment system. The screenshot should show the interface of the payment system, all the data in the screenshot should be readable, Xsolla transaction numbers, the amount and date of the payment.
- The email address to which the account was originally created.
- Account login name.
- All game nicknames that you used.

When they discovered it was a gifted key, this was their answer:
Since you activated the game using a key, please send us a screenshot of the key handover, the username and email address of the EFT account of the person who gave you the key.

Considering my friend bought the key on instant gaming, I had to screenshot the order number, key and the current Windows time
Please send us a full size screenshot of the key transfer. Please make sure that current time and date are visible.

After that I had to wait like a week and today they changed it to the new email address
