I uninstall the launcher and the game with advanced scan make sure you get all the files usually have to delete 2 times.

Just uninstall both the launcher and game choose "advanced scan" and delete all the files, if you feel comfortable delete the regestry (dont just select "delete all" it will select everything and cause problems)
if you have the pro version it can do it automatically
