HWID delay ban question

I've read about 20 topics on these forums similar to this but nothing was really cut and dry specifically for what I'm wondering before you say 'search the forums dumbass'

I'm almost 100% positive I killed a streamer or developer or some **** and got banned in the game maybe 30 seconds after I killed them. I didn't bother to immediately check the tags so I have no idea. From as far as I've read this is probably a manual ban and I was cheesing so whatever

With that in mind though, can a manual ban lead to HWID or is that only done by BE? I've been running a suicide account on the same hardware and it's going strong (lv15). Should this be enough time to know there's no HWID flag? I eventually want to upgrade this account to EOD but I'm not really sure if there could be a delayed ban of some kind. I was using a UD cheese (I'm positive it's not detected, been using it for a while but got sloppy with esp abuse)

Anyway how long would you wait to upgrade or know you're in the clear? I've already reinstalled windows with a new key but that's literally it - no hardware swap or anything

hwid bans arent delayed for that long, usually just run a few raids and wait
most if the times youll be banned fast before you can even do a 2nd raid

Doesnt old method by creating new acc without the game, and running launcher to see if u get ban not working anymore?

That would probably only show you if you are launcher banned or not
