never heard of tarkovelite to be honest.
I would recommend ABS or Matrix I can get you both cheap.

Hey, I recommend checking out Xenos list of Cheats. He is a known member and I would trust him. I bought the Yazzn EFT Cheat because it was on his list and it was great.

After a quick research I found out that they are resellings cheats, and I don't know/recommend many of the cheats. I suggest sticking to the cheats listed by Xenos, because he is very trusted in the community.
