Which cheat to choose? your advice.

I need your advice on which software to choose. Used a lot, ABS Labs, Ring1 and more public cheats.
3 months ago I started using Satan5, I was satisfied with its UD, a good forum and the community in general, but now I want something more, better Items Filter, SilentAim and good privacy, maybe even a slot one.

I will be very glad for your help. The main functions that are important to me are Item filter, silent aim, speedhack and UD 1 year+, I heard about such software as NICE1, maybe someone has access to it? I will be very glad.
