Some cheats ask you to turn off User account control in their set up...why does this seem so hard like a scam.

It is not, that is just how the cheat exploit works. If you dont want to go and use something private and giveaway some personal information, I'd recommend YAZZN, Luckyhub and Alpha from Deprimereshop. After doing my research for 2-3 weeks that is what I have concluded. Let me know if you need other suggestions.

Ones that you can probably get easy access to is the ones on Xenos legit list such as Elusion (lots of features and more to be added soon) Yazzn (personally never used it but heard good things) or hackmachine when it’s back up (UD 1.5 years before)
