I had a friend that was in your situation unfortunately. There are a few windows 11 cheese for Tarkov, but I would not recommend because those sellers are private and want your IRL ID and such like Elusion.cc

I bought my friend from @ from their current Christmas sale (120 USD) right now, it works on 21h1 as my buddy was not willing to downgrade too far from Windows 11, it is intel only however, but he is loving it. Currently level 23 on it since beginning of wipe. The item filter really helps us find the quest items so easy haha. We can search for specific items, its really neat.
