Typically, you will only get to know who the Dev is/are if you are in a tight inner circle of resellers. The devs dont want to deal with every day cheesers, so they avoid and will actually tell you to "F*** off" or "Go to a reseller" if they don't know you or you are inquiring about their cheeses.
Basically, you are going to need an introduction from another reputable person. If you are trying to shoot them a msg in the dark and become a reseller of their product without them knowing you, I bid you GOOD LUCK.
