New ban Message

Hello everyone.
I looked everywhere for this message in question couldn't find a great deal about it. I had not seen it before and was different to past bans I received last year has anyone else got this before.

Mid raid: The player has been banned by BE #xxxxxxxx
(square box ok under it)

for the next 12 hours I was still able to log into the account/game buy/sell on flea, play vs bots on offline mode no issues with loading into the game. But if I tried to connect to an online game the game would crash on "loading loot screen" server connection error or game aborted "reconnect" every time etc etc

Then I received the standard blocked/ban email in which you get roughly 12 hours after I got the BE ban message.

Past bans if I'm in raid at the time it's instant death disconnect/open loader 229 ban. This time it wasn't the case as stated above.

Thoughts maybe?
:Flagged then manual ban something was detected which needed a 2nd look.
:Or maybe monitoring what is happening on on my system initially.

I do believe this is some type of new shadow ban going on. You cheat you get banned but still can log in and sell **** and go in offline mode. But I do believe that this is permanent but we will see in the future.

Hey, thats a Battleye detection ban.

My cheat got detected midraid and i got that message. Its nothing else but a detection ban (was for me).

There is also no shadowban

Pretty sure it's a detection ban. Possibly a new format which would be pretty interesting to look into.
Also as Exodia stated, it's not a shadowban.

i got 2-3 bans like this. usually they send you standart letter about ban in 1 day after that. Also this form of ban might be related with some kind of legal practice: if company sell you product, they can't take it away from you - it is obviously illegal. but they can disable servers for you without taking game away - you still can play in offline.

1 day passed but I did not get letter yet. So I will get ban letter in the end?

Well...

I was running around the map. Outta nowhere i got blackscreen fading in and "The player has been banned by BE #xxxxxxxx" Then i got kicked out of the game, launcher said error "profile has been banned" and email came after 5 mins.

On some occasions, you won't even receive an email/letter. I have no clue what does it depend on though.

emails come when your cheat is detected. If you get manual banned, you will not get an email.

hmm i see.. i wrote to the support team to see what they are going to say. i am like %99.9 i got banned but this is still most ridicilious way to ban without any official statement

how to understand if i get manual ban? shouldn't i see it on account page on their website?

I'm going to be honest I don't think its a manual ban, sometimes i can load in for few seconds online and DC, profile is competely clean etc, yes i did cheat but no way you would be allowed to go that far without ban. I just reinstalled windows going to try now.
