I got banned months ago for cheating. I kinda want to return to the game and play legit. What is the safest and CHEAPEST option?

Cheapest depends on what you consider cheap long/short-term. Long term, get yourself a new SSD/HDD and start over. Short term would be a spoofer, but all spoofers are going to caught eventually.

I feel you on wanting to just play the game again - finally installed some new drives so I can avoid the HWID ban. Its tough, but if you want to come back and not worry about spoofers its best.

Your safest option would be to change the drives on your computer. The easiest option would be to just purchase a spoofer. I sell a spoofer for $75 lifetime
