Generally there are two different ways. You can use internals(rage cheats mostly) high risk of getting banned or you use packet-based cheats - optional with a second device and you are 100% safe.

Cheating can always lead to a ban, no matter how reliable your provider is. First rule of cheating is to always be willing to lose your account / have backups and a vpn/spoofer.
Nah, the cheat I sell is external and hasnt been hit in months.
Sure, it may not have rage features but my customers still make lots of rubles and dont have to buy russian accounts daily, weekly, or even monthly.. Since I started selling I have not had a ban report.. since March when when I started selling.
You'll be banned sooner or later using cheats, no matter which one you use. And, considering the progression system in this game, that may be a problem to you (or not). For me it is a huge problem to start over after every ban. After my third ban I opted for using a radar, which is the only way not to get banned, never.
