yes u can change the SSD and install windows on new SSD, that should fix it. Sometimes u need to take out all SSD and Hard Drive before installing new SSD but im not sure if thats the deal with BE

Reinstalling windows and changing your hard drive won't be enough.

HWID Spoof before you even use a cheat to begin with.
A lot cheaper to buy a working spoofer than have to buy new drives.

Not all bans are HWID bans though.
