A lot of the features come with value modifiers so you can fine tune it exactly the way you want it to be. As for an explanation on the 3 features:
"instant kill / one shot kill" will make it so the player can be killed in one shot for all weapons. With my experience, it is best to set the silent aim to legs for this.
"armor piercing" will basically penetrate all armor
"high damage" will make the weapon do a lot more damage (you can test it with a friend and see how ridiculous it is )
The features work best when enabling them all together. But just enabling high damage for example is also completely fine and works very well.
The only exception to the instant kill is the toy gun but if you enable full auto as well as a fire rate of like 5000 then it will instant kill the opponent (the bullet drop on that gun is crazy so make sure to be really close to the target which you could achieve through click teleport or holding a corner for example - and you may find the prediction causes a slight fps drop due to how much bullet drop there is so you can disable the prediction if having issues with this).
