Tried it for the first time yesterday, had an OK experience. Here is my feedback:

1. Would be nice if there was a cheat sheet that lists what every setting in the cheat menu does.

2. Visuals do work, but some of them make it so you can't even see the player.

3. Didn't try aimbot, so cannot review that. I only wanted this for the visuals.

4. Having to setup the cheat every time sucks, I tried saving the settings to the "clipboard" but that didn't seem to work and when trying to load it, the whole cheat crashed.

5. Not sure if it's just me, but every time I close the game when I'm done playing, I get a blue screen of death and my pc restarts.

6. I cannot seem to edit the cheats in raid. This would be helpful to turn something on and off to see what it does. I can pull up the menu, but I can't get my mouse arrow over the window - I have dual monitors but it does not allow me to move the cheat window to the 2nd monitor.

I'm probably being a little picky about everything above but all in all I would give this a 7/10. It works, and didn't really have too much lag so that's a big plus.

EDIT: So something new that keeps happening now - Today I have not yet completed a single raid without the GAME crashing in the middle of the raid. All I am using is player ESP with a box, no names, no skeleton, nothing else. No aimbot, no item ESP.

KernAim offers one of the most impressive cheats for tarkov on the market.

I encountered a few configuration issues initially, but using the injector on F1 worked perfectly, the only issue for me is it gives me blue screen when I close the game, but apart from that all perfect!

The cheat is pretty good, throughout my month of using it survived all ban waves, definitely prefer a safe cheat with less blatant options than some internal cheat that'll get me insta banned, although the cheat can make ur game much laggier sometimes it's to be expected from external cheats, the functions are great for the price

I’ve been using Kernaim for Escape from Tarkov for about two weeks now, and here’s my honest take:



ESP/Visuals – 9/10

The ESP is super clean and customizable. Player boxes, loot ESP, and extra filters make it easy to avoid unnecessary fights or go straight for high-value loot. No noticeable FPS drops either, which is rare for some external cheats.



Aimbot – 8/10

Aimbot is smooth and not too obvious if you take the time to configure it right. Bone selection and FOV settings help keep it legit-looking. Wouldn’t recommend rage cheating, but for legit play, it does the job.



Security – 10/10

No bans so far. I’ve been cautious, of course, but Kernaim’s updates are consistent and downtime is minimal when patches hit. They seem to prioritize safety.



UI/Loader – 9/10

The loader is clean and simple. Launch is fast, and there haven’t been any crashes or weird bugs for me.



Support/Community – 9/10

Staff and community are active and helpful. Setup guides are clear, and there’s usually someone around to answer questions if you run into problems.



Final Verdict

Kernaim is probably one of the safest and most polished EFT chairs out there right now. As always, use common sense and don’t go full rage if you want to stay under the radar. If you’re looking for something reliable and legit-style, Kernaim is worth the price.

First of all, the fact that it is undetected is more than enough reason for me. The ESP works well. Features like no visor and full brightness are amazing — especially the full brightness, which is truly excellent. The aimbot doesn’t have no recoil for security reasons, but it’s still good enough. I’d rather have no recoil disabled than get banned. However, I’d like to criticize the item filter. Maybe I’m doing something wrong, I’m not sure, but I can’t seem to save the settings I make in the item filter — I have to redo them every time. Also, I can’t see BTCs. Not all letters can be typed in the item filter, which is an important issue, and I believe it will be fixed.
