Confusion with using spoofer

After receiving my first ban, I used revo to uninstall EFT. So my question is, Do I need to use a spoofer before reinstalling the launcher/install tarkov or can I install everything, the load the client, and then kick up the spoofer and proceed to load into tarkov?
