I got banned using another cheat and switched to Yazzn 2 months ago on a fresh account. It has been absolutely smooth sailing since then.
No cheat is completely safe, and your play style with the cheat is the biggest risk - NOT the cheat itself. If you Scav in and spray a geared lvl50 Chad with full auto in the face from 100m (no recoil/sway), chances are you will get reported and banned.
Play smart with Yazzn and you will be as safe as it is possible to be while cheating. So not zero risk, but there are heaps of us using this cheat safely.
Weird encounter, bought the cheat, upon retrieving my key, it didn't work, then was told I have potential tools that can reverse the cheat and he revoked my license. I did have Cheat Engine installed due to injecting another cheat.
Communcation is slow, but he did refund the payment, so kudos for that.
