Worst customer service I have ever encountered I bought a key and the cheat was not working after 10 times I tried to start the loader, the loader says invalid hwid without doing anything result I lost my money and 5 hours of mine time because everyone is so useless and slow to respond on the discord, surely they will be busy but those looking for cheats want first of all a great customer service and you are not

Well this is completely wrong as we have talked to and resolved all of the issues that any of our customers had with the product. We provide a solution to their issue and also compensate time.

You also created a ticket whilst we were sleeping, we need our sleep and even so, as I stated above, we compensate the time.


I actually included the fact that you had to wait for the developer to reset your key, and because of this, I'd get the time lost compensated on your key, this is quite unfortunate that you are now complaining here but never complained towards me before making this hate comment.

Awesome dude, Legit reseller! Unfortunately not everyone is smart in cheating community's. As you can see by @ comment. To have a HWID issues you must have ran it on a different pc first. 100% user error.

After buying from polars site the key and instructions are instantly delivered.
Staff will always respond even if they don't have the answer. If they don't reply right away please realize they are people too and they sleep just like anyone else.

Anyways just wanted to show some love and support to an awesome reseller. 10x Better then Omni Solutions or any other provider.
