it means like they wait for some 1 who rate your service as if you are legit or a scammer. For the first raids they expect you to go first and pay after always do a trade to up your +1 rep positive trades. And ask people after boosting them to vouch here that all worked fine.

The guy is a scammer! he keeps changing his name! have been waiting for days for a response! then he blocked me !!! The last name was SIGN or something! And also offered acc !!!

Just an fyi, this person has been proven to be a scammer. Deal with caution.
For example, he sold the same EFT account to numerous people & tried scamming users by selling a lifetime key for super cheap to numerous people.
