how to open ticket in #support can not send any message that room you should explain

I tried this and had issues with the radar not showing the correct colors for the players. I tried to open a ticket and no response. I tried to talk to moderators on the discord and was basically told to deal with it. IMO I wouldn't buy it again.

Will there be anyway in the future to actually color code the items/players on screen instead of in the mini map?

I have left the Discord and went with a better Radar. I only purchased one day so I am no longer part of the member channels where you said that.

Support with these guys are a joke. Key expired and they never offered anything or any help because it wasn't working. They gave a "fix" that fixed it for no one. And never even offered to provide another key since I was unable to use it.
