Well first of all, if you don't know anything about c3s and dds. and the link between them or whatever, just an advice, but don't go into it =x

Then, .c3 is a file extension used on really few games, but it's basically just custom meshes extension for 3d models or animations, so theres no ".c3 editor" : for sure there are some 3d model editing programs you can use, model, and then export to .c3 such as 3ds max

But well if you actually can't model, it's gonna make the things hard for you, so keep it to dds. there's already much to do ^^
