pally wing problem

so im trying to change the blue wings into the fire wings and ive had a little problem
i cant get them to work right like i put all the textures and c3 files where the blue wing files should be and they just get all messed up
how do i put these in right so they look like there supposed to?

this is what it looks like atm only the effects work properly the feather texture isnt
