Troubles in editing pets

im kind of a noob at this and ive been editing a raptor and well...ive had some roadblocks set b4 me. the head,tail, and wings look a lil wierd and i dont know how to fix em. any ideas?

why download another program?

just read Artimus's styick guyde. there are pictures in it as well to help you.

The issue is you are not saving it in the proper format. save it as DXT3 ARGB 8bpp | explicit alpha.

it should fix it for you. but you will need to use the orginal and then start from scratch
