JehadNpc Sever
im having trouble opening the JehadNPC sever without it getting Not Responding can someone help me? i tried it again but this time a whole bunch of squares or made up words pop up Error oopen...... what does it mean?

That can mean alot more then the cq_maps, but its mainly the cq_maps what hen needs to do is open the game server , ini , gamemap.ini and then Add the map's main ID's there with all the extra info there other posts about the cq_maps because i started half of them when i ws a newbie lmao

try read it maybe its help you also you can edit back your shell.dat..by using proshell realeased by keithbell
here the link
if you think you profesional then you can use hex editor to edit it if not netter use the application will make you much easier

try another database just msql database, and see if that works, if works its your database

Can you open all tables in navicat? that pic looks like the cq_map file in notepad you need to view with navicat. it sounds like your Db is a mess either select all tables in navicat then right click- choose maintain tables- Quick repair and see what the results are or delete the lot and start again there are plenty of guides here to show you the Step-By-Step in all aspects
