dear aizuddin,well here got some rules that you need to understand before posting..even i am new members here but the 1st thing that i make is i read this thread

** thats is good thread for me..well i dont know wheter you old member or what but i think you should read back that thing..usefull dude for you and also new members like me..if you dont have money to buy vps or what why dont you get some work or you still "kid"??if so then no need open server..because from what i saw here its need your determination,dedication,times,money and need use brain ^^
