Local host issues

Hey everyone i just bought a domain and put godaddy as the hoster is thr any possible way to make stuff like the rag page and players online work with that hosting like if i granted that ip acsess to the database? I could really use some help right now :P

If i cant im using xamp how do i set the nameservers for the domain is it just s1?.localhost.com?

Yes but I have no experience with GoDaddy so I cannot tell you exactly how.

You would have to set it to your external IP.
