Two statements contradict each other.

Double check that your binaries are actually working. If any of them say "Connect to game/account server again" over and over then they are not working.

Otherwise check your server name and IP address in the oem.dat of your client.

hmm i dont agree on the oem part cuz if the oems were not correct it will say
Server Maintainance not server is down

most of these problems coming from shell.dat so be sure u edit it and if ur using Revo's DB then just download Hexworkshop not hex neo

and recheck the acc server and msg server's ip's and the name of the server

if everything is correct then turn off ur firewall

thnx for all the ideas ill try them right quick and when i said everything works fine i ment the acc serv msg serv and npc serv sry i didnt clerify.

ok got it working was using an outdated db but it works fine now thnx for the help.
