problem needs to be fixed

one of my players cannot connect to the game and i couldn't help him coz when he send me the debug files it was so wired only has one wired line thats it.

ps. he says he hears the game's login music but he cant see it though the soul.exe process is running.

There is a problem with his client not the server. Check he has all the files or maybe its his hardware. I dont know how to read debug log things, sorry.

sounds like its either one of the following:

Hes using too old of a directX version

OR/AND

his client is corrupt

he says he could run it b4 but he accidentally removed it and when he installed it back that error happened he also told me that he has another EO P Server's clients there on his PC working fine that's why i am confused i checked em on Team Viewer My self

need help here guys i got the same problem now and another 4 players though there is still some ppl can join in the game and run the client normally.

each time i run the game the login screen doesn't show.
the sounds are working and soul.exe is running on process Tab on the task manager.
but there is no logo to chose aserver and write ur ID and Pass.

when i open my debug folder i see those

Note: 4032,4033,4034,4035,4036 is versions i changed the patches and versions and still not working that's the difference in the number's at the first of each row

which i cant recognize or understand them

any one know an answer just post it i will be so thank-full

Clean reinstall sounds like the easy solution.
But if you used tv to check his and now you have the same issue, run an online scan of your computer at either ESET or Trend-Micro. Both sites have excellent online scanners that detect and remove anything malicious.
Then remove the client and redownload.

guess what..
i scanned my PC nothing its clean.
the client crashed on my PC and in nearby Cybercafe cafe and for another 3 friends in 3 diff countries .
and it keeps getting the soul.exe running on process and u can hear the sounds and all but u cant see it some one told me he opened it 4 times and waited about 1.30 hour waiting until it opens .
this is the first time it ever happened to me or even hear about it .
i started to lose players

i am so sad plz guys any one know what those error's r?

notes :
i updated flash directX and the game was already working too fine with no problems b4 but i updated to be sure.
i reinstalled the client it worked without installing patches. from soul.exe
when i run it from autopatch.exe and it starts to update the last patches it crashed again.
if u will say the patches r corrupted the patches are one week ago why didn't it corrupt my client when i first made them.

hope some one knows an answer.

Ok so the computer is clean. Excellent!
Unless I misunderstand you, you are saying-
1- The game/client runs fine without updates and from soul.exe.
2- After updating and using the autopatcher it crashes/freezes.

Have you tried running it from a launcher instead of using autoupdate or soul.exe?
There is a modifiable launcher somewhere on this site.

As for the issue, I dont know where the issue resolution lies unless you try replacing both files. It seems to me as though they are either incorrectly edited- I doubt this if they worked before, or they are being corrupted by something.

Just a thought! Have you configured your firewall properly? Or if you are using Microsoft Security Essentials, have you added the client to the safe/ignore list.
I say this because the client has changed and therefore the firewall/MSE may have an issue with it.

I can assist no further on this issue, good luck with resolving this issue.

the game worked fine for more than 4 months before and suddenly .
this happened after one week exactly from releasing the latest patch for the game.
so i know its not the PC and not the patches i need some one who can understand that line in debug folder that will be the only solution i hope.

be sure he`s antivirus doesn`t hold any "possible trojan" because this also causes problems.

this means your soul.exe needs to open a file but that file is corrupted/removed

This certainly has to do with corrupt file`s

this means there is a file missing/corrupted by opening the graphic.dll
