Can someone to speak with how to translate these words

its come out when someone compose and up * pet rite .?u can edit those word in msg server if u are pro .xD or u can just use msg server 2700 cause those words in english .

It's definately not in cq_action. Whats with you and that table? lol. Anyway... only way to fix it is to translate your message server yourself or like Thunder said download the newer versions which are already translated.
