check your config file in register page. make sure your password and login same with your database. I:e root as login and test as password.

it says "Call to undefined function mysql_connect..blablabla...config.php on line 20 .so double check your mysql either its working or not .2nd solve is check your config.php on line 20 and u can find the problem .

Use Wamp, i would say use Xampp but if you are going to use a forum and stuff, use Wampserver.
