thats normal, it does that when you restart or loose connection to the message server.
lets explain each bit of it shall we?

Code:
SparkBluntsEo(82.11.124.35) login succeed.
means it logged in successfully.

Code:
 SparkBluntsEo(82.11.124.35) disconnected passtive.
you either: lost connection with the message server or restarted it.

Code:
add info of server SparkBluntsEo, ip:82.11.124.35, port:5816
means it wrote information about your players online, how long it was running, and more to a log file inside the account server log folder.

Code:
info of server SparkBluntsEo is deleted.
same as the one above.

Nope i didnt restart it.
In 2 days i have had it only say login overtime, except once. The one time i got as far as the creating the char, named it, but then lost connection.

Checked all the configs, oems, nothing missing from there.
Router is forwarded.

Why cant i get in?

UPDATE:
Watching the servers windows, and i am sure you know what i mean. The AccServer appears to be disconnecting and reconnecting. I assume thats the issue, but how to sort it out?

Not necessarily. Even if it were to be the case, changing to localhost will separate any possible outside connection problems from your game files and is a good problem-solving technique. If everything works fine on localhost, you know it's a problem with your connection, and the same for the opposite.

Are you saying change the ip to localhost or something else. Alternatively, hook up on msn and we can talk it through.

No that's not what I meant. Right now you have it set as 82.11.124.35 which is your outside IP. Anything from the internet, your router, or your LAN could in theory be messing with your server. When you change your server to 127.0.0.1 you refer to the 'localhost' which means your computer only. This negates any possibility of your connection interfering with your server. This will tell you whether your connection is the problem (if everything works fine) or if your db/server/computer is the problem (if it still has problems).

OH

I think i may now know the root cause. Someone, namely me, forgot the WAMP. Thanks to ICP for assisting me sorting this out. Not yet fully working, but we are making progress.
Thx go to Arthur for the advice.
UnbeatenRs2 deserves thx too for telling me what was being said in the message i was getting.

@Arthur
Ok i tried what you said, but all i could do was run it as a test server with no outside connections. Navicat wouldnt accept any connections either.

I have reset the configs and oems and other files that needed changing to allow outside connections, and the error is back.

So if anyone knows -
A) The workings of D-LINK routers i would appreciate some advice.
B) Another way to deal with this issue, please post.

I ask for these because i have eliminated the db, the server files, the client, and my computer as the cause of this error. That leaves the router as the cause of the problem. So if anyone has any experience of this kind of problem, or knowledge of quality routers out there on the market i would appreciate some answers.
