To generate a monster he is born only once, when dead not coming back?

Go find the point where he is and change his refresh time,the lower it is the faster they generate,for exaple if you had 1 second, it would respawn only instantly after it dies

If i understand you correctly, the monsters on the maps are not respawning?
If this is the case the issue is in the spawning times of your database. I suggest you read the thread i am posting a link to. It has more information than you need, but it should help.

If you are meaning the pets cannot be brought back once they died, sorry i cant help on that one.
